Why do some notebooks ship only to the EU & European countries?
Some of my print providers for certain notebooks are located only in the UK and are limited with shipping options to the US and Canada. BUT! I have most of the same designs available in notebook options which are printed and shipped from the US :)
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
I use print-on-demand services to print my designs on different items and ship them to you! Because some of my print partners for different items are in different locations, when you order multiple category items (for example, a mug and two notebooks) they will be produced in separate printing facilities, and shipped from their locations. Do not worry though! This does not mean that the quality of the items is affected, and if you received part of your order, rest assured the rest of it is on its way! :)

Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately I can't accept returns or offer exchanges because most of my items are printed-on-demand, which means that they are printed ONLY when an order is submitted. In other words, there is no facility to hold stock of the items. This is actually good to eliminate over-production which can be wasteful & not eco-friendly, but it also means that I can't accept any returned items as I have nowhere to hold them and won't be able to resell them. I appreciate your understanding! Rest assured that in case something goes wrong and you're unhappy with your item I will take care of it!
